Sleeping Intervention

Many families of young children experience sleep challenges.  Difficulties may include problems falling asleep, difficulty following nighttime routines, and problem behaviors that occur after saying good night, such as crying, leaving the bedroom, etc.  Sleep difficulties lead to irritability both in children and their parents and contribute to other behavior problems such as tantrums or difficulty paying attention. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will assess your family’s nighttime routine, as well as your child’s behaviors surrounding bedtime, and work with you to come up with a plan to help get your child to sleep so you too can get the rest you need during the night.
